Established in 1986, Antel was one of the country's trailblazing pioneers in real estate development. One of the company's first project was the Antel Platinum 1000, a 26-story residential condominium in the heart of Greenhills, San Juan, which heralded the bold and visionary entry of the industry's new rising star.
Over the next three decades, the company expanded from high-rise towers to horizontal master-planned villages, amassing an impressive portfolio of more than 5 million square meters of projects. This diverse portfolio now includes townhouse complexes, hotels, office and residential condominiums, and self-sustaining township developments, in addition to a score of joint venture undertakings.
